We understand that unplanned issues occur, and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Our mobile team want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen.
For all reservations we take a deposit of $50 per person. All deposits are due within 48 hours of making reservation t to secure your booking; otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled.
If you cancel within 24-hours of your appointment time, your deposit is nonrefundable.
