We understand that unplanned issues occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Our mobile team want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen.
For all reservations we take a deposit of $50 per person. All deposits are due within 48 hours of making reservation to secure your booking; otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled.
For group reservations all deposits are nonrefundable.
